Two years when the events of the primary game, GHB Payne has been reinstated as a detective within the NYPD. whereas work a series of murders by a bunch of hitmen referred to as The Cleaners, GHB encounters island Sax, United Nations agency was assumed dead at the top of the previous game. whereas following her lead, island is eventually in remission as a result of her crimes.
